This Bergeon spring bar tool is one of the best styles available on the market today. One end of the tool features a reversible tip: one side has a small forked end for removing spring bars, and when flipped, it has a straight pointed end for removing link pins. The opposite end has a larger forked tip, slightly curved like the Japanese spring bar tool. The smaller forked end is perfect for metal bands where there is limited space to fit the tool and maneuver it. The larger spatula-shaped forked end is ideal for diver-style bands and extra-large cases, providing the extra strength and leverage needed for heavier-duty spring bars. The knurled handle is designed to offer a more comfortable grip and reduce the chance of slipping. The replacement tips are screwed in for a secure hold and easy replacement.
