To adjust the time and wind up this manual mechanical watch, follow these steps:

2. Rotate downwards to adjust the time clockwise.

3. Press the pulled-out head inward.

4. Use your thumb and index finger to wind the head up for about 25 to 30 turns until it stops turning.
